All service fees are subject to change without prior notice
Both Plan-to-Go deposit and group planning deposit are applied to the final payment of your trip and do not increase the cost of the trip. The deposit are non-refundable if for any reason the trip is cancelled.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT OUR SERVICE CHARGES...
You’ve asked us to help create the perfect vacation. Our staff specialize in just that and there’s nothing we enjoy more than designing an individualized itinerary for your vacation.
We can, of course, handle a simple week-end escapade. We can work out flights and find the perfect hotel accommodations. We can arrange a fabulous cruise vacation to Europe, Caribbean, Hawaii and beyond. In other words, we do the research- you have fun on your vacation.
We ask that all leisure clients deposit $25.00 per traveller and $50.00 per group as we begin to plan your trip. This deposit will be applied in full to your final payment of travel expenses, and does not add cost to your vacation. The deposit is, however, non refundable if the trip is cancelled. We strongly suggest trip cancellation insurance to offset any cancellation fees.
On the reverse side, you will find a list of all HORIZON TRAVEL service charges. We assure you it’s not our intent to penalize anyone with these fees but merely to insure that we will be able to serve you with the special attention you deserve.
